- Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare Chocolate Pudding:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
- Stir in the Baileys Irish Cream liqueur until well combined. Set aside.
- Make Peppermint Whipped Cream:
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and green food coloring (if using) until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer the whipped cream mixture to a piping bag fitted with a round tip, if desired, for easier assembly.
- Assemble Parfaits:
- Spoon a layer of the Baileys chocolate pudding into the bottom of serving glasses or jars.
- Pipe or spoon a layer of the peppermint whipped cream on top of the pudding layer.
