Ingredients
- Fresh or frozen blueberries: about 4 cups
 - Granulated sugar: 1 to 2 cups, depending on desired sweetness
 - Water: 1 cup
 - Everclear or grain alcohol: 750 ml (1 standard bottle)
 - Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
 - Cinnamon sticks: 2-3 sticks
 - Mason jars with lids: 8 jars for storage

Instructions
- Combine blueberries, sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks in a large pot.
 - Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
 - Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
 - Once cooled, stir in the vodka and vanilla extract.
 - Transfer the mixture to mason jars using a funnel.
 - Seal the jars tightly with lids and store them in a cool, dark place for at least two weeks to allow the flavors to meld together.
 - After the aging period, strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any solids.
 - Transfer the strained moonshine back into clean mason jars for serving or gifting.
