- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz grenadine
- Pineapple juice
- Ice
- Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
- Pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the coconut rum over the ice.
- Slowly pour the blue curaçao over the back of a spoon to create a layer on top of the coconut rum.
- In a separate glass, mix the white rum and pineapple juice.
- Carefully pour the white rum and pineapple juice mixture over the blue curaçao layer.
- Slowly pour the grenadine over the back of a spoon to create a “bloody” effect, allowing it to sink to the bottom of the glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge.
- Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
