Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars:
    • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate Pudding Mix:
    • Add the instant vanilla pudding mix to the creamed mixture and beat until well combined.
  4. Add Eggs and Vanilla:
    • Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine Dry Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in Mix-Ins:
    • Gently fold in the pastel-colored M&M’s and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  8. Form Cookies:
    • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
  9. Bake:
    • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and lightly golden.
