Instructions
Cake Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, ground cinnamon, sour cream, eggs, and water.
- Mix with a hand or stand mixer until smooth and well combined.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and pour the cake batter into it, spreading it evenly.
Glaze Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk together the confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if necessary, until you reach your desired glaze thickness.
Baking Instructions
- Spoon the apple pie filling over the cake batter, covering the entire surface.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the cake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
