Ingredients

- 2 ounces (60ml) amaretto
- 1 ounce (30ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce (15ml) simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce (15ml) egg white, optional
- ice
- cherry
Instructions
- Shake amaretto, lemon, syrup, and egg white without ice for 10 seconds if you are using the white.
- Add ice and shake again until cold.
- Strain over ice and add the cherry.
Notes
Lemon keeps it from being only sweet. Do not skip it.
