- 2 ounces (60ml) Scotch
- 1 ounce (30ml) Drambuie
- ice
- lemon peel
Instructions
- Fill a short glass with ice.
- Add Scotch and Drambuie and stir until cold.
- Twist the lemon peel over the top.
Notes
Drambuie is the honey and herb liqueur. Another whisky liqueur will not taste the same.
