Ingredients

- 1 ounce (30ml) gin
- 1 ounce (30ml) Campari
- 1 ounce (30ml) sweet vermouth
- Orange peel
- Ice
Instructions
- Stir gin, Campari, and vermouth with ice until cold.
- Strain over a large cube in a short glass, or serve up.
- Express the orange peel over the top.
- Drop the peel in.
Notes
It is bitter on purpose. If you want it softer, this is the wrong drink.
