Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (340g) spaghetti
  • 1 pound (450g) ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti. Brown the beef, drain it, and stir in the marinara and salt.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and parsley.
  3. In a 9×13 dish, layer half the pasta, all the cream cheese mix, the rest of the pasta, the meat sauce, and mozzarella. Bake 30 minutes.

Notes

Soften the cream cheese so the middle layer spreads instead of tearing the noodles.
