Cheddar

Sharp. Mild cheddar tastes like mayonnaise.

Mayo

Enough to bind. A dry mix needs another spoon.

Pimentos

Drained. The jar liquid thins the spread.

Rest

Half an hour. It firms and the pepper comes through.
