Cognac

Brandy works if cognac is not on the shelf.

Liqueur

Cointreau or a dry triple sec. A very sweet one needs more lemon.

Rim

Sugar is traditional. Skip it if the liqueur is already sweet.

Shake

Hard, until the tin is cold.

Nutrition (estimated)

FAQ

That is a different sour.

No sugar rim

The drink still works.

Glass

A coupe.

Batch

Shake to order. Lemon dulls if it sits.
